To one pound of chicken add:
1 tsp. thyme
½ tsp allspice
1 ½ Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cayenne
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
Honey Garlic
4 cloves of garlic, minced
½ c honey
4 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp olive oil
Honey Mustard
¼ c honey
1/3 c stone ground mustard
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne
1 Tbsp olive oil
Fajita
1/3 c lime juice
¼ c pineapple juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp sea salt
¼ c cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
Cook in skillet over med/high heat for 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done.
Meal prep and freeze. Thaw before cooking.
