French Onion Beef (or Turkey) Casserole

Boil (12 oz) egg noodles

In a bowl stir together:

1 pound browned ground beef (or turkey)

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 jar (15oz)French onion dip

Add in cooked noodles

Stir to combine and pour into greased 9x13" casserole dish

Add 1 cup French's crispy fried onions across the top

Bake 350° for 25 minutes

Turkey Apple Hash

1 pound ground turkey
2 C Sweet potato, peeled, cubed
1 zucchini, diced
1 Fuji or honey crisp apple, diced

Brown sausage and add:
½ t of each: sage, thyme and cinnamon
Remove from pan.
Using same pan add:
1 T coconut (or avocado)oil

Add potatoes, cover with lid, med/low heat, 20 minutes.

Add zucchini, cover, 5 minutes.

Add 

½ t of each: ground ginger, thyme, and cinnamon

Add turkey back into pan.
