DIY Cream of ANY Soup

2 C nonfat or whole dry milk
¾ C cornstarch
¼ C bouillon, any (or grind ½ C dry mushrooms into ¼ C powder)
If not using premade bouillon, add 1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
1 t poultry seasoning
½ tsp pepper

To use:
1¼ C cold water
1/3 C dry mix
In pan: whisk until it boils.
Let boil for 1 minute to thicken.

If using in a casserole, you can just add it to the dish instead of precooking it and it will thicken while baking.

Or...makes 3 servings
1 C nonfat or whole dry milk
1/3 C cornstarch
1/8 C chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp dry onion powder
¼ tsp thyme
½ tsp basil
2 tsp parsley
¼ tsp pepper

Prepare: In bowl, whisk together
1/3 C of mix
1 C boiling water (add another ¼ c of water if needed)
