Chili Beans

2 large cans of Sun Vista pinto beans (28 oz ea)
1 large diced onion
1 lb cooked hamburger
1 XLNT chili brick (found in deli section)
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)

Place all into a crock pot on high for at least 4 hours.
Serve with fritos

Sometimes I cook for the week.
Hamburger Week all of these meals can be made at the same time.

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

1 small onion
¼ C Italian dressing
1 lb ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans (14oz) tomatoes
2 T cream cheese
12 oz spaghetti
parmesan cheese

In a large pot cook spaghetti.

Meanwhile
Cook onion in Italian dressing in a large skillet on medium heat. Increase heat to med-high. Add meat, cook, stirring frequently until browned. Stir in tomatio sauce and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to med-low.
Simmer 15 min. Remove from heat.
Stir in cream cheese until well blended.
Add spaghetti to sauce and top with parmesan.

Quick n Cheap Burritos

1 pound hamburger, browned
1 can (24 oz) Pinto Beans (I prefer Sun Vista)
3 cans (4 oz) diced green chilis

Place all in pan and heat over med/low heat at least 1 hour.

You can also put all in the crock pot on low for about 4 hours.
