Olive Garden Chicken Pasta (slow cooker)

 
Place into slow cooker

2 chicken breasts
1 bottle OG Italian dressing
1/3 c parmesan
8 oz cream cheese
Low 6 hours

Meanwhile
Boil 1 pound fettucini
Shred chicken (use hand mixer)
Add pasta to slow cooker and more parmesan



Pesto Parmesan Pasta (slow cooker)

2 chicken breasts
1 jar of pesto sauce (8 oz)
1/3 c butter
cook 4-6 hours on low
shred chicken
Add
12 oz cooked pasta (any small pasta)
½ c parmesan
sprinkle mozzerella cheese over

Chicken Enchilada Pasta (Slow Cooker)

 To slow cooker add:
2 chicken breasts
1 t chili powder
1 t oregano
1 t cumin
4 oz diced green chili
28 oz red enchilada sauce
Cook on low for 6 hours
Cook 16 oz of pasta (macaroni, or any small pasta)
Add:
¾ c sour cream
1 c Mexican cheese blend
cover and cook about 15 minutes
Shred the chicken
Then add pasta and stir and serve

Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta (slow cooker)

To slow cooker add:
1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (15oz) bottle of Parmesan Garlic Sauce
1 cup milk
¼ c shredded parmesan cheese (plus more later)
8 oz cream cheese

low 5 hours
meanwhile:
cook 16oz of pasta (macaroni elbows, penne, cellentani or any) drain.
shred chicken ,add pasta and ¼ c parmesan

Creamy Italian Chicken (slow cooker)

2-4 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg Italian dressing (dry)*
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz (half block) cream cheese

Set up in a freezer bag (or start fresh)
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Serve over pasta
I used rigatoni and it was great!

*If you make a double batch, only use 50% more of the Italian dressing.

Pasta with Garlic and Wine

½ lb pasta (I prefer fettuccine)
¼ C olive oil
5 T butter
4 gloves garlic, chopped
½ t red pepper flakes
1 t kosher salt
½ t black pepper
½ C white wine
½ C ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)

Boil pasta for about 7 minutes (or until al dente)
In another pan pour in olive oil, butter, and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, stir for 2 minutes more.
Pour in wine and cook another 2 minutes.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Toss with pasta.

Serve as a side dish or
double the recipe and add chicken to serve 4.

Add spinach or broccoli, steamed, and/or cooked chicken breast for a complete meal.

Ham and Pasta

2 C Cooked Ham
1 pkg. Spiral Pasta
2 T Butter
1 Garlic clove, diced
1 Medium Onion, diced
2 T Flour
1 ¼ C Milk
1 C Cheddar Cheese (or jack cheese)
1 C Frozen Peas

Boil pasta.
Meanwhile in a skillet saute onions and garlic in butter until tender. Add flour, stir for 2 minutes.
Add milk, stir until thick and bubbly. (about 5 minutes)
Drain cooked pasta and add to sauce.
Stir in Ham and Cheese and peas.

Add ins: Mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, olives.
