Put all ingredients in bread machine. Select white bread (or dough)
After the machine completes 2 cycles it will beep.
Remove dough and divide into 4 parts. Roll on a lightly floured surface (if it seems dry-rub oil on your hands and roll out by hand).
Roll each part into a 12 - 14" tube. Do the other three the same.
Cut each roll into 1" pieces and place onto greased cookie sheet.
Meanwhile:
Boil 8 cups of water with 1/3 C baking soda.
Drop about 10 pieces into pan and boil for 30 seconds. Remove and repeat until all pieces have been boiled and replaced onto same cookie sheet.
Brush with melted butter and crack salt on each piece.
Bake at 425° for 4 minutes, turn cookie sheet and bake another 4 minutes.
