Spiced Walnuts

1 egg white
1 T water
1 C walnuts (halves and pieces)
½ C sugar
1 t cinnamon
½ t allspice

Heat oven to 225° Line a baking sheet with foil.
Combine egg white and water. Beat until foamy.
Add walnuts and toss to coat. Pour into a strainer and let drain for about 3 minutes.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and allspice in a bowl (with a lid).
Stir together until mixed well. Add nuts, cover and shake.
Pour onto baking sheet in one layer and bake for one hour, Stirring after 30 minutes.
Let cool and store in an airtight jar.
