Honey Sesame Chicken (freezer/slow cooker)


1 pound chicken thighs or breasts
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Cup honey
½ Cup soy sauce (or aminos)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
optional: sesame seeds, green onions for topping on plate

Add all to slow cooker
High 4 hours OR
Low 8 hours

Makes a great freezer meal
