Chicken Gravy Mix 2
2 c flour
¼ c cornstarch
¼ c cornstarch
½ c powdered chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp thyme
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Beef Gravy Mix
2 c flour
¼ c cornstarch
¼ c cornstarch
½ c powdered beef bouillon
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 t parsley

To make a deeper/darker gravy, add at end:
1 Tbsp Worchestershire
½ tsp browning sauce
Country Gravy
2 c flour
1 c dry milk
¼ c cornstarch
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 t poultry seasoning
*Cook in 3 quart sauce pan
Over medium/low heat
2 Tbsp butter (or any fat), melt
2 Tbsp mix
Make a roux (lumps)stirring 2-3 minutes
Whisk in:
1 c water (for country you can use milk optionally)
Stir until thickened, about 5 minutes
Alfredo Sauce
1 c grated parmesan
1 c milk powder
½ c cornstarch
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
In a 3 quart saucepan
Heat medium
3 cups milk
½ c mix
2 oz cream cheese (opt.)
stir constantly until thickened
