In a one gallon pitcher add
1/2 cup instant espresso
4 cups warm water
Shake to mix, add
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup half n half or heavy cream
Shake to mix
Fill with milk (any)
Swirl cup with caramel or chocolate sauce
Fill with ice, then fill with coffee latte
