Salmon cakes and Tarter Sauce
Mix together:
2 cans of salmon, drained
(makes four thick or 8 thin patties/cakes)
½ Cup mayonnaise
1 egg
½ C bread crumbs or crushed saltines
Make 3" patties
Pan fry in butter about 3 minutes each side
1 Tablespoon butter for up to 4 patties
Tarter sauce
Mix together:
2 Cups Miracle Whip (or Mayo and add 1 T sugar)
¾ Cup Sweet Relish
1 Tablespoon mustard
