Tumeric yellow rice



4 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot (or ¼ finely chopped onion) 1 cup Jasmine rice 2 cups chicken broth 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp salt 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

Add the oil to a skillet
stir in garlic until fragrant (2 min)
stir in rice until almost browned (2 min)
Add all to rice cooker, then add:
tumeric and chicken broth
cook.
