4 cube steaks, coat with flour and brown, place in slow cooker
and add:
3 celery stalks, diced
3 carrots, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 t minced garlic (or 2 minced cloves)
1 c beef broth
1 can (15oz) tomato soup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T tomato paste
½ t Thyme
S&P
cook on low 6-8 hours
or on high 405 hours
serve over mashed potaoes
