Mississippi Pot Roast (slow cooker)

 

  • 1 (4 pound) beef chuck (or butt) roast

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 5 pepperoncini peppers

  • 1 (3 Tbs) packet ranch dressing mix

  • 1 (Tbs) beef bouillion

  • Place all into slow cooker and set on low for 8 hours.


Good as sandwiches and dip into sauce.
