Blueberry Cream Cheese Bread

Heat oven to 350° 
3 bowls
Mix
2 C flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
pinch of salt

Separate Bowl Mix
½ c sugar
½ c brown sugar
1.3 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
¾ c buttermilk (or milk+½ T lemon juice)
Combine with wet ingredients
add:
1 c of fresh or frozen blueberries, fold in
Pour half into loaf pan

Last bowl Mix 
1 block of softened cream cheese
¼ c sugar
1 egg
splash of vanilla
optional zest of lemon
Pour over loaf pan
Top with remaining mix

Bake 45-60 minutes
