2 c water
1 cinnamon stick
once it boils, remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes
Meanwhile
In a pitcher combine:
1/4 c instant coffee
2 c ice cold water
Stir to dissolve
Add:
the cinnamon water
one can evaporated milk (12 oz)
one can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
You can swirl a cup with caramel or chocolate sauce, fill with ice and pour over.
