Tzatziki
1 cup
zero greek yogurt
1 long cucumber, peeled, grated, squeeze out liquid
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 t dill
1 t salt
Combine all and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
